COVID-19 NOTICE: Any delay by CMG in the performance of any duties under this Agreement caused by the impact of COVID-19 to the normal course of its business including, but not limited to, travel restrictions, supply delays, employee absences, production delays, and transportation restrictions and delays, shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement. In no event shall CMG be liable for damages of any kind due to its inability to perform, or delay in the performance, under this Agreement caused in any manner by COVID-19.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice and orders accepted will be with the understanding that prices prevailing at the time of shipment will apply. Exceptions must be prearranged and in writing.
RETURNED GOODS: Goods may not be returned without our consent, must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in re-saleable condition. If we made an error, we will do our best to rectify such promptly and without expense to the purchaser. If the error is not ours, nor that of our suppliers, we will do everything possible to minimize expense; however, we reserve the right to assess a handling and restocking charge.
TAXES: Any tax now in effect, or hereafter imposed, on any article sold by us will be added to the existing price, including sales tax.
FREIGHT: Freight rates are current estimates and include carrier assessed fuel surcharges as of quotation date. The purchaser is responsible for actual freight rate billed at time of shipment. CMG is not liable for any difference between estimated freight cost and actual freight billed at time of shipment.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
